This project is advancing seamlessly, thanks to our dedicated and efficient team. At ProCrete Contracting, LLC, we take great pride in presenting our work as accurately and transparently as possible. Please keep in mind that when selecting colors from a supplier’s website, catalog, or brochure, the appearance may vary slightly when viewed in photos or on different screens. Factors such as lighting conditions, camera settings, screen calibration, and digital enhancements can all influence how colors are captured or displayed.

In addition, computer-generated images provided by manufacturers are often digitally enhanced and represent the final, fully cured, and completed stage of a product. When we purchase raw materials, they may not initially resemble those images, as there are several stages of installation, curing, and finishing that must take place before the final color and texture fully develop.

While we make every effort to ensure that the selected colors and shades are as close as possible — and in many cases an excellent match — various natural factors can influence the final appearance. These include weather conditions, the time of day, sunlight exposure, moisture levels, and cure time.

Rest assured, our team is committed to delivering a finished product that not only meets your expectations but provides a beautiful, durable enhancement to your property for many years to come.

This project has taken some twists and turns with mid progress challenges and changes, but our clients have been a pleasure to collaborate with as we navigate the development phase of the project. We will complete the steps, add a landing and then the next phase of constructing the retaining wall begins.

Here are some additional progress pictures. We are currently installing a set of steps that will feature a beautiful bluestone topping. They exude elegance, enhance property value, and provide a visually appealing, safe and secure environment for the homeowner's children to play.

The final phase of ground preparation is underway, with the completion of the one wall, confirmation of the play area's levelness, and preparation for the installation of the retaining wall and steps imminent.
