This part of the job is very bittersweet. We take care of children from infancy. Develop a bond. Watch them learn and grow. Now it’s time to send them off to use those skills such as emotional regulation, empathy, confidence, autonomy, and cognitive reasoning just to name a few. Shaping young minds is the most rewarding job but it’s sad to see them leave. ❤️
