Heavy snow should be hitting Philadelphia in just a few hours, and Outreach Teams will be standing by throughout the storm to ensure no one is without shelter. If you see someone experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia, please call the Philadelphia Homeless Outreach Hotline at 215-232-1984. Stay safe this weekend!

Thanks to all of our awesome volunteers who stopped by Project HOME today and helped make over 100 care packages to be given out the night of the PIT Count!
