This race started with an excellent open water swim, nice and calm with a temp of 69 degrees. I felt strong coming out of the water. 5 miles into the bike a vibration from my front tire derailed me. A tire change later I was back up and rolling. The run course was great, flat running = speed. Overall a great day and a fun race nonetheless.

He would have recalled the first defeat of the Persians in 490 BCE, when the news came via a MESSENGER WHO HAD RUN TWENTY-SIX MILES FROM MARATHON to Athens."- Whelp.. there's your sign..must go running... Happy Sunday!-Sarah (Matt's Wife ;) )
