Women Advancing Economic Mobility 💛

This Women’s History Month, we’re highlighting incredible women making a real difference in our community — and today we’re featuring Jamika Rodriguez, one of our Economic Mobility Concierges at Xiente.

Jamika works closely with families to help them navigate financial challenges, build stability, and create a path toward long-term success. Through personalized coaching and support, she’s helping families move from surviving to thriving.

Her work is a reminder that economic mobility is not one-size-fits-all — it’s about meeting people where they are and supporting them along their journey.

We’re proud to have leaders like Jamika who are making this work possible every day 💛

From Building to Opportunity

Right now, this building stands empty.

But soon, it will become a community center designed to support over 500 families and 2,000 individuals each year — providing access to workforce development, education, financial services, and more.

At Xiente, we believe economic mobility requires more than one solution. It requires access, opportunity, and community — all in one place.

This is where that vision begins.

Follow the journey.
