Curiosity can be an amazing tool to help you move through lessons and tools.
Getting curious about yourself allows you to be in the position of the observer.
Much like The Hanged Man card in the Tarot; curiosity allows you to look at yourself from a different perspective.
Cultivating a practice in curiosity & observance of your emotions and physical reactions you have to people/places/things can help shed light on what it is you need to heal.
Some questions to ask yourself to begin this practice can be.....
“Why is my physical body reacting this way?”
“Why am I emotionally reacting this way?”
“What may I be projecting/expecting of someone?”
“What pattern is repeating itself?”
“What can I learn from this/that interaction?”
