Over 700 members representing Audio Visual Technicians, Riggers, Stage Carpenters, Stage Electric, Sound, and Projectionist. IATSE Local 8 represents workers at the Wells Fargo Center, Kimmel Center, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Liacouras Center, Cure Area. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, Mann Music Center, Walnut Street Theater, Forrest Theater along with 50 other theatrical Employers.

The stage is now set thanks to the work of nearly 100 union stagehands, teamsters, and electricians who have prepped our first-ever New Year’s Eve celebration at the Oval to come to life. I’m deeply grateful for their craftsmanship, teamwork, and care in getting every detail right. We’re ready to welcome Philly to the Oval to ring in 2026 with @llcoolj, @adamblackstone, @djjazzyjeff, @dorothy, @technicianthedj and our partners at @esm_productions. Gates open at 6 pm, the show starts at 8, and more than a dozen local food trucks will be on site. Come celebrate with us. See you soon, Philly. 🎆 12/30/2025
