He says he applied the techniques of astrometeorology to forecast the most famous earthquake in world history. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1963, Theodore began his boyhood studies of Astrology at the age of 10 in 1973. Fascinated with Natural Astrology and weather forecasting as child he later advanced into as many sectors of the astrological sciences as possible to satisfy his insatiable quest for the application of knowledge. He is one of the few forecasters who says that it is the Sun that is the cause of global warming. Theodore also has forecasted what he calls the coming of a new climate regime - global cooling - in the later years of the Twenty-Tens. He says global cooling will dominate worldwide, through the 2020s, 2030s and into the 2040s. "Many who push the myth of man-made climate change do not appreciate just how powerful the Sun truly is," White says. "The Sun forces all climate change, both global warming and global cooling - not just on Earth, but on other planets in our solar system as well. All of our climate and weather emanates from outer space because that is where our planet lives."
