In an effort to serve our clients and candidates, we are continuing the sponsorship of lunchtime Live Gentle Yoga and Meditation. Our next session is scheduled for Friday, April 17th at 12:00pm EST. Please click the link below and you will get the link in your email to join. The class was designed so that anyone can participate. It begins with short breathing for relaxation, gentle yoga exercises for moving our bodies, and ends with a relaxing meditation. The session will be lead by Philadelphia Yoga Teacher Ammie Ferguson.
