Locks and locksmiths

Im on disability and I have a scooter to get around and today while out shopping my scooter stopped all of a sudden and now it will not go forward or backwards and I only use it go to wildwood to allow me to go up and down the boardwalk up and down without a struggle thank god a neighborhood friend brought me a walker with a seat thank God for him.
