That’s a wrap for our first Philly Home For The Holidays!! Saturday night was exactly what I was hoping for. A familial night of music and community celebrating Philly, our scene, and each other.

So much thanks to the team at Ardmore Music Hall (Chris, Jesse, Jed, and a dozen others) as well as the TH Band team (Laurence, Katie, Lindsay, Chris, Sarah, Paddy) for dealing with all of the bu****it that I hate dealing with and making this night the success it was.

Thank you to Muskrat Flats and Heaven Man for being a part of the bill and getting the night going in the right direction, and to one of my dearest buds Mr Aron Magner for being our piano Elf on a Shelf.

Undying thanks to Taylor, Nick P, and Rachel, for being a part of my artistic present and future. The record we made is so fu***ng cool and I am SO stoked to get it out there in January. Touring with you guys brings me such joy and I cant wait to keep it going in 2026.

To Mr Bockrath and Russo, thank you guys for helping some old friends mend a few fences, relive some old glories, and bring life to a piece of art that we love. I love and cherish our friendships

And finally to Tom McKee and Clay Parnell, thank you so much for agreeing to do this. Life can be complicated, relationships are complicated, and both have a natural ebb and flow that most times are out of our control. I am so grateful that after the past 25 years we are still able to be buds and celebrate ourselves, and our love and appreciation for each other. I owe you guys an insurmountable debt for being such an enormous part of my artistic life, and any modicum of success I may ever achieve can be traced directly back to us in a basement in West Chester in 2001.

And Rick, if you see this know that we all miss you and spoke of you in fondness all night. We all hope you are happy and healthy and living your best life. Without Rick it’s not Brothers Past, everyone knows that. But this was a beautiful consolation prize.
