Building on this legacy, David Wengert founded Hayworth Properties in 2013 to acquire, renovate and lease properties in West Philadelphia. Our mission is to lead people home by purchasing distressed properties in West Philadelphia. We value quality homes, honest relationships and better neighborhoods.
