The Associated Press has just called the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate race for Republican businessman Dave McCormick. He beat 3-term incumbent, Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. This increases the Republican majority to 53.

If the final vote tally shows McCormick with a 0.5% or less lead over Casey, then an automatic recount will happen. 99% of the vote is in right now.
