2026 begins this week, and the Navy Yard couldn’t be prouder of the innovation and development that has happened here over the last 26 years! 🚧
Infrastructure projects connect communities, create opportunity, and ensure resilience in the face of future challenges. Every investment we make in roads, bridges, transit, and rail is an investment in people — in safer commutes, stronger local economies, and a workforce that thrives.
As we continue to grow, we’re committed to building better, greener, and more connected infrastructure that supports our community for years to come.

Exciting transportation improvements are on their way to the Navy Yard🚦🚲

@‌PIDCphila has selected HNTB Corporation to lead a 12-month Transportation, Parking, & Access Study focused on improving the commuting experience across campus. The study will begin this month and aims to evaluate current conditions & identify improvements to the roadway infrastructure throughout the Navy Yard.

Being home to 150 companies and 16,000 employees that rely on a network of roads, transit, and sidewalks to access the 1,200-acre campus, this is a big step to enhance visitor, resident, and employee connectivity.
