Learning World Child Academy Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144, has confirmed it is a participating provider for the free PHLpreK program and currently has seats available.
Eligibility
PHLpreK is available for 3- and 4-year-old children who reside in the City of Philadelphia.
Your child must have turned 3 or 4 by September 1 of the current school year.
There are no income or employment requirements for the traditional school day program (approx. 5.5 hours).
Affordable extended care options (before/after school, summer) are often available for an additional fee or can be covered if you qualify for childcare subsidy (CCIS) benefits.
Enrollment Process
To enroll your child, you can stop by Learning World Child Academy directly to apply in person or call them for details.
Required documents to bring for enrollment include:
One document proving your child's age, such as a birth certificate, valid U.S. passport, or medical records.
One document proving Philadelphia residency, such as a state-issued ID/driver's license, current lease agreement, or utility bill.
A completed PHLpreK application form (which you can often fill out on-site).
