6 Urban Artisan Creameries Making Great Cheese | The Cheese Professor A view into the unique world of urban artisan cheesemaking with six creameries that are making great cheese.
We pulled out all of our favorites, experimental cheeses and prototypes for a new cheese today for a very special guest at the creamery and had a party!
Left to right on the board: The Real Philly Schmear, Intergalactic, Madcap, Moonrise, a pre-season practice run of Atlantis (coming May 1!), Treehug, a new Tsfatit style breakfast cheese prototype, and a limited milled curd washed rind large wheel.
Mongered by of course!
