The Aqua String Band, a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization, has been a continual presence in Philadelphia's famous Mummers New Year's Parade since the Band's inception in 1920 and continues its grand Philadelphia legacy to this day. It’s Memorial Day Weekend! 🇺🇸

An Aqua first:
During our performance last night, after finishing our arrangement of “Hey Jude”, the crowd continued to sing, and let’s just say the band was picking up what they were putting down…
What followed was one of those moments you wish you could bottle up forever. No script, no plan just a great back-and-forth between the band and the crowd that kept building. That’s what it’s all about for us. Not just playing the music, but living in it… sharing it… and letting it take on a life of its own.
