Before the fall semester hits and the rest of 2021 whizzes by, I’m taking a step back and recognizing how far I’ve come in the last few years. I truly thought I’d be struggling my whole life and that I’d never be a homeowner. It really was all a dream. I am so proud of myself for persevering in real estate, even through a divorce, grief, and this whole pandemic.

As a lifelong Philadelphian, I am still discovering new trails, even in places I’ve hiked before. This morning we hiked a part of the Wissahickon that was new to me and it was just the thing I needed to recharge. It’s been a minute since I laced up these boots and hit the trail but it’s always so worth it, even when you run out of water halfway through and almost get lost looking for a statue 😅
