At Connexus, we are dedicated to providing career opportunities to young adults in our local communities. We team up with like-minded community organizations that offer career and life services to empower youth by equipping them with valuable training and opportunities for advanced career development.

One of these relationships is with and organization called Hopeworks, an organization that connects young adults with transformative opportunities, helping them apply their growing technology skills to benefit enterprising businesses within our community.

Today, we’re excited to celebrate one such success story. Connexus, alongside Hopeworks, created a career pathway for Nyah Thompson, a Hopeworks Rockstar, with our valued customer, the City of Philadelphia.

In Nyah’s own words, she shares her experience and the impact Hopeworks, Connexus, and the City of Philadelphia have had on her career journey. Last Friday, several team members from the Connexus family gathered for great food and even better fellowship. We’ve come to realize that it doesn’t feel like work when you love your team and what you are building together.
