មូលនិធិរូបិយវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ (IMF) ទើបតែបានបញ្ចប់បេសកកម្មមាត្រា IV នៅកម្ពុជា ដោយរកឃើញថា សេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជាកំពុងចុះខ្សោយ ព្រមទាំងព្យាករថា កំណើននឹងថយចុះគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់នៅឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នេះ។ IMF បានចង្អុលបង្ហាញពីក្តីបារម្ភអំពីអភិបាលកិច្ច ហានិភ័យ សុចរិតភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ភាពមិនប្រាកដប្រជាផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការបាត់បង់កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះកម្ពុជា ដោយសារសកម្មភាពទាក់ទងនឹងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឆបោក ដែលជាកត្តាប៉ះពាល់ដល់ទស្សនវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជា។ IMF កំពុងអំពាវនាវឱ្យកម្ពុជា ងាកទៅរកអភិបាលកិច្ច នីតិរដ្ឋ និងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំផងដែរ។

យើងធ្លាប់តែឃើញបញ្ហានេះលើកឡើងដោយអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល សហជីព ក្រុមសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ឬសហគមន៍ខ្មែរ។ ប៉ុន្តែម្តងនេះ IMF ដែលជាស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិដ៏សំខាន់ ក៏មានក្តីបារម្ភដែរ។ នេះឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងថាជាបញ្ហាកម្រឹតខ្ពស់ដែលកម្ពុជាត្រូវតែដោះស្រាយ។

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) just completed an Article IV mission in Cambodia and found that Cambodia's economy is weakening, with growth projected to slow significantly in 2026. The IMF pointed to governance concerns, financial integrity risks, trade uncertainty, and reputational damage associated with scam center activity as factors affecting Cambodia's economic outlook. The IMF is also calling for stronger governance, rule of law, and enforcement.

So these concerns are no longer being raised just by civil society organizations, trade unions, human rights groups, or the Khmer community, but are now also being reflected in the findings of a major international financial institution.
