It is official! Our first completed cannabis dispensary has opened. Thank you so much to our client for having us part of this process. We are beyond excited with the completed project.

The design team was able to meet all cannabis regulations while still providing a sunlit and upscale retail experience. The fishtank was custom designed from the famed discovery channel tv series.

What begins as a simple sketch evolves through hundreds of hours of collaboration, coordination, and refinement to become something lasting within the fabric of a city. That journey is often overlooked once the headlines are written. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring this 188-unit mixed use development to life in the heart of Philadelphia. 🏢

Uncle Beez Greenryz is in Pennsgrove, New Jersey designed to state dispensary standards featuring a custom fishtank, interior storefront system and sawtooth skylights maximizing natural light.

Progress continues at Bordentown Municipal Complex! Alucobond panel work is nearing completion, and large-format ceramic floor tile is now going in throughout the first and second floor public lobbies. In the public meeting room, painting has started and wood acoustic ceiling panels are staged and ready for installation. Decorative glass rail installation is underway in the public stair, and detention doors are now in place.

The view from the street still shows the existing brick municipal building, which will remain standing until the new building is finished.
