Our guy came through with the bag on this one 💰 just submitted some docs for another one 😉

We also got to use our sister company on the loan docs ✍🏾

And finally we’re extra hype we got to work with our guy 🔥🔥🔥 listen we haven’t closed a deal with him in almost 10 years!! Our very first year in real estate we made $100k - 60% of that probably came from him! So excited we got to work together again 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

This deal was MOSTLY smooth! It came in through our website 💻 it took us 1 month to get it under contract but once we did, we closed in less than 1 month. A couple of hiccups popped up at the end, but per usual, we got it done!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
