I’m always trying to find new ways to have audiences experience theatre. So, I came up with a new and fun way to introduce “the house rules” at the beginning of the show.

Dear Cast & Crew of HOME,

Thank you for contribution to HOME. Thank you for an incredible weekend of theatre. With your performances and work, you impacted a great deal of people. You made them laugh. You made them cry. You made them think. You allowed them to escape their world and enter yours for a moment.

You may never fully know what your performance/character did for some of the audience members. You may have inspired a young child to want to become an actor or singer. You may have been the encouragement someone needed to get back on stage. You may have changed someone's life for the better. You may have even saved a life. What I am certain of is that every cast, staff, and crew member poured from their heart and because of your dedication to “tell the story,” I am changed forever.

What I know for sure is that I could not have done this show without you. Thank you for your sacrifice, prayers, love, support, and dedication to HOME. I am sincerely grateful for each of you. 💛
