What began as a standard sports arena has been reimagined and expanded into a 25,000+ square foot community hub. This commercial renovation and addition project focused on integrating diverse functional spaces into a cohesive architectural environment.

The facility now serves as a premier destination in Chester County, featuring a regulation ice rink, a three-story interior ropes course, and a full-service cafe. Beyond the interior programming, the design incorporates extensive outdoor amenities including turf fields, a pool, and trail connectivity, ensuring the site functions as a year-round multi-purpose campus.

Our architectural approach centered on maximizing the utility of the existing footprint while introducing modern additions that support high-volume community use. The result is a specialized facility that balances rigorous athletic requirements with social and recreational spaces.
