Business Acquistion Strategy

Deal 1: One of the best things about commercial financing compared to, let's say, getting a residential mortgage is how credit is pulled. With residential mortgages, they pull a tri-merge where they look at credit from all three bureas so they see your entire personal credit history. With commercial lending products, the banks pick just one bureau to pull. This is a major key alert. Another major factor in true business finance advising is knowing that most banks have an usecured lending threshold. Meaning a capped dollar amount they will go to without asking for collateral. Watch this:

Bank A pulls Experian & gives 50k unsecured
Bank B pulls Equifax & gives 25k unsecured
Bank C pulls Transunion gives 100k unsecured

This is now $175k of unsecured capital to a small business owner.

But wait..each bank throws in a 15k-75k 0% or rewards business card. So now another 45k-125k on top of the 175k.

We used this strategy for this client to acquire a 30k biz with a credit card then gor him enough capital to be in position for 900k acquisition of 4 existing franchises!

The financing of the franchise only required a 10% down payment (we clearly exceeded that expectation). We got him enough working cap to cover down payment so you could say 100% financing.
