As the school district of Philadelphia continues to deliberate on the $2.8 billion facilities master plan that could lead to the closure of 18 schools, teachers at say that the looming threat of closure is taking a toll on students.

Philadelphia Neighbourhood’s reporter followed African-American studies and video journalism teacher Zachary Crone of Penn Treat High school to the most recent town hall at the school district to learn why he and other school staff are speaking up.
