Philadelphia English Language Institute

h Language Institute (PELI), is an English school that offers in-person ESL classes to adults living in the Philadelphia area. PELI also offers an intensive English program to people who live outside the United States. The intensive English program, or IEP is a full-time, accredited course that allows you to apply for an F1 Student visa so you can legally study in the USA. If you live outside the United States and wants to study English here, please follow our instructions to obtain an I-20. Mission Statement
