Still sitting in the same spot in the same way and my glasses still sit crooked on my head but at least I added a pumpkin !!!

Okay honest moment... this is the first presidential election I’ve ever voted in. And it felt SO GOOD.

Not only was I too young, but I used to believe that my voice didn’t matter, and what was going to happen in life would happen anyway because... how much power does one single person’s vote have?

Well, I was wrong, and the answer is our votes are the most powerful thing we have as a people.

If 2020 has shown me anything, it’s shown me just how remarkably privileged I am, and it’s the job of the privileged to not only see that and acknowledge that, but to use it to protect the less privileged and ensure all of our voices are heard and are fought for.

You don’t just vote for you, you vote for those around you, too. I truly hope you take this time and make your voice heard and vote like your life depends on it, because it feels good to do good. And it’s time to do good.
