Fresh spring harvest meets a modern twist. 🍑 This Peach & Thyme Smash is for the bourbon lovers who want something lightened up for the season.
Recipe:
■ 2 oz Bourbon
■ Half a ripe Peach (muddled)
■ 0.5 oz Thyme Simple Syrup
■ Squeeze of Lemon
Method: Muddle peach and syrup, add bourbon and lemon, shake, and strain
over crushed ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
