They have also collaborated with international artists such as Bomba Estereo (Colombia), Los Amigos Invisibles (Venezuela), Mala Rodriguez, Gipsy Kings (Spain), Ravi & Anoushka Shankar, Cucu Diamantes (Cuba), Andy Montanez, Calle 13, El Gran Combo (Puerto Rico), Luisa Maita (Brazil), among many others. AFROTAINO has also worked with organizations such as NARAS, Taller Puertorriqueño, Semilla Arts Initiative, and the Greater Philadelphia Film Office among others. Earlier this year, they co-produced ‘Do I Look Illegal?’ with EKG Films in response to Arizona’s SB 1070, which became the Official PSA of NCLR’s Boycott Intolerance campaign.
