High-Protein Biscoff Cheesecake Bowl

Tastes like dessert, fuels like a protein shake!!! This combo is creamy, crunchy, and seriously addictive.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
7g Jello cheesecake mix
2 tbsp zero sugar Cool Whip c3 Biscoff cookies, crushed
2 tbsp PBfit (mixed with 3-4 tbsp water to drizzle)

Macros:
25g protein
42g carbs
10g fat
348 calories

EASY Chicken fries perfect for Weight Loss

Macros per serving (makes x3): 482 Calories | 51g P |

Ingredients:
Ground chicken 1 lb
1 egg
1 tsp Salt pepper garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Avocado oil spray cooking
60g Cornflakes bread crumbs to dredge. After dredging freeze for 15-30 mins to make it easier to work with.
Spray with avocado oil and air fry at 375°F for 13-15 minutes or Bake at 400°F for 400°F for 25-28 mins or until golden brown and crispy

RECIPE:
Crispy Chicken:
• 17 oz (8.z oz each) chicken breast, pounded slightly
• 2 cups (80 g) cornflakes, finely crushed
• 1 egg
• 70 g egg whites
• 1 tbsp: garlic powder
• 1 tsp: salt, paprika
• 1/4 tsp: ground black pepper, oregano flakes
Tomato Sauce (makes ~4 servings; optional, you can just use plain tomato passata or pre-made sauce):
• 1/2 cup strained tomato passata
• 1/2 tsp: salt, garlic powder, basil flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon: oregano flakes, no calorie granulated sugar substitute
• 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
To Assemble:
• Crispy Chicken
• 6 tbsp Tomato Sauce, divided
• 100 g low fat mozzarella, shredded & divided
• 8 slices turkey pepperoni, divided
1. Blend cornflakes with seasonings. Pound chicken breast thin, then coat in egg wash and seasoned breading twice. Place on a parchment-lined air fryer rack and air fry for ~12 minutes at 425° F.
2. While that’s going, make the tomato sauce b stirrina the seasoninas and for ~12 minutes at 425° F.

3. Remove from heat and top with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Return to air fryer for an additional ~2 minutes, until cheese is melted. Optional (but recommended): Broil on “High” for 2-5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and desired crispiness is reached.
