This weekend, the Spectra team in Dallas was all-hands-on-deck for the Red River Showdown at the Cotton Bowl - the annual football game between the University of Oklahoma Sooners and the University of Texas Longhorns.

Working with our friends at the State Fair of Texas, we welcomed more than 92K fans into the stadium (compared with 20K last year at partial capacity) - that’s a lot of beer, mac & cheese, and Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs!

When opened at Iowa River Landing in September 2020, Spectra partnered with to provide a digital signage solution that would simplify visitor communication, promote special events and partners, and reduce overall wait times within the facility.

Now, guests can easily navigate the 5,100-seat venue, browse upcoming events, and view available dining options using the custom, self-guided technology. Plus, with the Ping HD cloud-based digital signage CMS, EngagePHD, our arena team can manage content, monitor uptime, and deploy content from anywhere.
