When the temps are pushing “instant regret,” took the smart route and crushed her progression run indoors - all while repping Runnerisms on the treadmill’s second floor sauna (aka her gym 😅).

On hot days, running inside isn’t weak — it’s wise… Especially when it keeps your training on track. Proud to have runners like Neena repping the brand and reminding us that grit doesn’t always have to come with chance of heat stroke.

Day 1 of summer break and she’s already:
• Holding her youngest through every set of monkey bars
• Lifting kids and play equipment
• Playing hard—and cleaning up harder
Her goal? Keep the whole crew active and moving all summer long.
Our goal? Make shirts for moms who can outlift their toddlers 💪
