ChildLink

ChildLink coordinates services in Philadelphia to help children from birth to age three who have special needs, or who may have developmental delays, access early intervention services. ChildLink staff work in partnership with parents and early intervention specialists to evaluate the child’s needs, explore options and develop an individualized family service plan for the child and family.
