On Tuesday June 2, CBP Architects attended the celebratory ribbon-cutting and grand opening of Clearfield Apartments, hosted by NewCourtland and partner Allegheny West Foundation.

This new construction project, designed by CBP Architects, brings 48 one-bedroom affordable senior housing units to the Allegheny West neighborhood, transforming a former industrial site into a dynamic community hub with exterior detailing that complements the neighborhood’s former-industrial architecture.

In a little under a month on May 20, 2026 from 4-6pm, CBP Architects will host a collaborative workshop on the Future of Housing in Philadelphia! We are partnering with Remake Learning Days for this event as part of the 2026 Remake Learning Days Festival.
