Huge congrats to these graduates from the Philadelphia Department of Commerce ( )’s first-ever, program-wide Taking Care of Business program (TCB) Cleaning Ambassador training! 🎉👏🔥

TCB keeps Philadelphia’s neighborhood commercial corridors clean, inviting places to shop and work, while creating job opportunities for residents. PowerCorpsPHL is the training provider for TCB, delivering inclusive, trauma-informed training that builds both technical skills and emotional intelligence for Cleaning Ambassadors. ✨🧤🛠️

Over six sessions, these Cleaning Ambassadors showed up with focus, curiosity, and grit to build real-world skills in professionalism, communication, customer service, goal setting, career advancement, and more. 💼🧠💡

On January 21st, they officially crossed the finish line, taking care of business as per usual. 😎 😉💪

We’re incredibly proud of the growth, confidence, and community that took shape along the way, and grateful to each Ambassador for trusting us with your time, your goals, and this initiative. That trust means everything. 💙🌱🫂

Huge thanks also top partners and for believing in this work and making it possible. 🤝 🫶 💛
