I am honored to have been featured in this recent article in Inc. Magazine on the importance of visibility as an LGBTQ founder.
As a Black and gay man, I've had trouble accessing networks, raising funds, and feeling safe presenting my authentic self in certain workplaces and environments. The solution has been "to live loud and proud," and to build a culture within my company that prioritizes equity and visibility.
