Active Compassion Philly

ACTS is an outreach of approximately 300 volunteer staff to homeless persons, people with AIDS, at-risk children, single parents, separated and divorced, nursing home residents, incarcerated persons and people with special needs--people who ordinarily aren't welcomed in our churches. ACTS seeks to make Tenth Church a safe place for these neighbors of ours to come in, learn about salvation in Christ, worship him, and receive his great love.
