Teenagers In Charge is a nonprofit organization founded by Judith Dumorney-McDaniel in May, 1995 that is for and about teens whose mission is to help teens build their self-esteem, heighten their cultural and community awareness and provide them with resources that teaches them how to take charge of their lives.
