Our office will be closed on Monday, September 5, and will reopen on Tuesday, September 6. Our on-call services will be available while the office is closed.

MAFP IS OPEN DURING ROAD WORK: We apologize for the ongoing inconvenience of the road work taking place around our office. Parking is limited near the office. Sidewalks are open, although the intersections may be tough for some to maneuver. Please exercise caution.

As the summer starts and more activities take place, we are preparing for increased numbers of COVID-19 infections. If you test positive for COVID-19, please stay home and monitor your symptoms.
