Dave joined Rodriguez Consulting as a project manager in 2015, bringing with him deep expertise in land surveying, project delivery, and team development. Over the past decade, he’s helped shape the systems, standards, and structure that keep our work moving forward—and our teams aligned. Now as COO, Dave oversees our operations with the same hands-on mindset he started with. His leadership reflects the best of what we believe in at Rodriguez: purpose, precision, and people first.
