Developmental Science Lab - Temple University
We are a team of researchers in the Department of Psychology at Temple University who are interested in how infants and children develop an understanding of the world around them. Our research depends on interested parents who can help us learn more about how children’s minds develop over the first months and years. We study children’s development with a variety of measures, including behavioral tasks and simple measurements of brain activity using a technique called EEG.

An exciting new study in the Temple Infant and Child Lab, The Cactus Study, is recruiting participants! We are investigating the brain signals associated with social interaction with toddlers and their caregivers in collaboration with the Developmental Science Lab at Temple. Toddlers will get to wear an EEG cap while playing and interacting during a fun visit on Temple’s Main Campus. Please contact us at 215-839-6202, [email protected], or visit this link (https://redcap.link/cactusinterest) if you are interested in participating. Toddlers must be between 18 and 30 months of age and accompanied by a primary caregiver.
