The Lex Effect

Lately so many people have told me that they turned to exclusively for their prenatal workouts. & With that their main feedback has been that no prenatal program of this caliber exists in the workout world and nothing has kept them as consistent 🌍 I recorded over 130+ videos for my app while I was pregnant and decided to categorize them by trimester so my members could follow along the way. I recorded my last prenatal video the day before I had my daughter. My intention was not to build one of the biggest prenatal offerings out there - I was just doing what I loved and moving in way that made me feel good throughout my entire pregnancy.
