Sara Reed, MS, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the creative executive of Mind’s iHealth Solutions, a mental health technology and service company committed to changing how we talk about and treat mental illness. As a mental health futurist and former clinical researcher, Sara examines the ways culture informs how we diagnose and treat mental illness. Her prior research work includes participation as a study therapist in psychedelic therapy research at Yale University and the University of Connecticut’s Health Center. Sara is a scientific advisor for Journey Colab and a current board member for the Board of Psychedelic Medicines and Therapies.

We love sharing the Threshold space with our friend and colleague Aubrey of and Spirit Medicine. ✨✨ Aubrey is a multi-racial q***r woman of color, Breathwork and ***Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Facilitator based in Philadelphia. She holds certifications in Transformational Breathwork, Yin & Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and has studied Pranayama with International Teacher Rae Indigo. She also owns a small private practice here in Philadelphia, Spirit Medicine, providing Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Facilitation and Somatic Breathwork services to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She is the co-founder of Philadose, a BIPOC-led disruptive wellness company that is committed to transforming how people think about plant medicines and wellness. Through all of her work, her intention is to honor and amplify Black and Indigenous voices and practices as part of a larger effort to change the tidal direction of power, privilege & authority; to a society that values collective thought, action, vision and healing.
