Foundation is officially complete at our new 15-unit new construction project!
The build includes a partial basement for storage plus a crawl space, setting the stage for what’s next. This project will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments—and we’re just getting started.

Project Update 🚧 | Pocono Groves

Over 7,000 sqft of pure luxury is taking shape in the heart of the Poconos. MEP is officially wrapped, and interior finishes are flying in fast. Every detail is being dialed in to set a new standard for upscale mountain living.

We even went a little extra on the noise reduction—double-insulated walls, sonopan, and acoustic sealer… Did we overdo it or just redefine peace and quiet? 👀

We are excited to announce that our Co-Founder, Danilo A. Burgos, has been appointed as a board member of Heights.

As an alumnus of the program with firsthand experience in the Philadelphia school system, Danilo is enthusiastic about offering a unique perspective to the board. His life experience equips him to assess and recommend solutions from a distinct viewpoint, allowing him to tackle challenges and opportunities on a broader scale with greater impact.
