Strength comes from somewhere…for my beautiful wife her brother and my father in law it came from this women and today is her birthday in heaven dancing with Jax. She set the example for me and everyone on how to be strong. Strength doesn’t always mean being rigid and intimidating. As you can tell from this picture strength also means knowing when you just need a hug. This women was exactly that to me and helped me realize that I need to be that kind of person for my family and help extend her legacy. I’m grateful she gets to be with Jax to show him the same. It’s ok to sometimes lose sight of your own strength, we are human after all. When you do call or reflect on your mom or whoever it is you find strength from and thank them….and if it’s their birthday like it is for this little lovable Ukrainian spitfire tell them Happy Birthday.

People often ask how we managed everything we have been through. For sure it’s not easy, what has made it easier is this girl above with . She was by Jax’s side since day one and was instrumental in helping create IMSTRONG. When we needed someone to “just be there” or help us at home with our family or watch Kobe and Faith she never hesitated, never complained and always made everyone in the family smile. She is a talented artist who has created many likeness of Jax that we have shared with our community. She is a true friend and will always be considered part of our family. So take a second to wish her a happy birthday today cause people like her are a rare breed.
