Road conditions around Northeast Philadelphia quickly deteriorated as evening approached with cold temperatures in placed and moderate snow falling. The video starts with several scenes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County including an emergency vehicle on the side of the road assisting a car and signs alerting motorists to a reduced speed limit due to the weather conditions. The video shows scenes from around Northeast Philadelphia including road and travel conditions along the usually heavily traveled Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1) as well as other busy side streets including Grant Avenue and Krewstown Road.
