With over 7 years of teaching experience and certifications in Pilates, Sculpt, Yoga, and HIIT, Marie is passionate about helping others discover the confidence and strength that movement can build both physically and mentally. Her classes are designed to be challenging, supportive, and accessible for all fitness levels, with options to modify or level up throughout the workout.

Friends for Good was proud to partner with Chosen 300 Ministries to serve 250 meals. Through service, we were able to provide not only a warm meal, but also a moment of human connection and support.
