Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx releases a statement confirming the actor is under medical care after experiencing a medical complication yesterday.

Jamie suffered a "medical emergency" Tuesday morning and was taken to the hospital. TMZ confirmed his condition was serious enough that Jamie's family -- some of whom were not in town -- came to the hospital.

Let's send Jamie some prayers and a speedy recovery 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
