Getting stuck happens to the best of us. Change can be scary but it’s necessary. Recognizing our triggers and traumas is hella hard! But also super worth it! Grow through what you go through. No seriously! God is the only way I’m able to help others with the things I have gone through bayyyybeeee! My intentions are always pure even if I have no idea what I’m doing or how to do it. I know I can trust God to figure out a way! Speaking up on mental health has been one of the most triggering yet satisfying journeys I have ever been on. I couldn’t get this far without him!

I decided to take the first day of the new year to truly ground myself and set my intentions and goals for the year. One of my goals is to continue being more consistent with my post and all that I do in regards to Cups 🤍 (my podcast).
Here’s to day one! Giving out these cards have brought me so much joy and so many new relationships! Legit every-time I gave out a card a part of me was healing! It took so much bravery for me to give these out but it was the start to everything I wanted to do. To any one who took a card, followed me, shared a card! Anything!!! Thank you, because of you I was not only healed me but it motivated but inspired me each time!
So here’s to the new relationships I plan to build, create and have all 2022!
